Tony
Abri Tony is the Chairman & Commercial Director
of Briton EMS . He started his career within
the international engineering group Tube Investments
and gained experience in several of the companies within
the group. He has a degree in Engineering Science. Tony
has many years experience of contract manufacture from
both the customer and supplier standpoint. His principal
responsibilities at Briton EMS are those of
Marketing, Sales and Customer support. Past Chairman
of ACEM (Association of Contract Electronic Manufacturers). |
Bill
Burton
Bill is the Managing Director. Before starting Briton EMS he worked for Unilever Research at Colworth
house here in Bedfordshire. He has a degree in Management
Science from the Warwick Business School. Bill takes
specific responsibility for overall operations, Financial
Control and Personnel. He also supports development
aspects of the company such as Information Systems.

Harry
Gilbert Harry is the Purchasing Manager. Harry's
background has been in telecommunications, with technical
and planning roles in the UK and abroad. He moved to
become a department manager within a large retail chain,
where he took on the purchasing responsibility. This
proved to be a springboard into Briton EMS .
Harry has many years experience in role as the person
responsible for materials control and purchasing. He
works closely with our customers supporting them over
materials issues. |
Simon
Naylor
Simon is the Manufacturing Director. He is a graduate
Engineer and has a postgraduate Fellowship in Manufacturing
Management from Cranfield University. Simon previously
worked for Texas Instruments and was part of a small
team who set up a surface mount assembly operation in
the early days of the technology. He is responsible
for the production operation at Briton EMS .

Peter
Towler Peter is the Sales Manager. He is responsible
for finding and developing prospective customers, and
is the first point of contact for those seeking a new
supplier. He has a degree in Chemistry and twenty-one
years experience in the electronics manufacturing industry.
He started his career in a manufacturing development
role with Marconi and for the last twelve years has
been selling the services of PCB Design, Manufacturing
and Assembly. Peter will help you quickly develop viable
solutions to your electronics manufacturing needs from
within the wide-ranging capabilities of Briton EMS .

Joe
Taylor
Joe is the Quality Manager. He is responsible for maintaining
the Briton EMS Quality Management System. Joe
has been involved with quality since 1968 when he became
a member of the Quality Assurance Service – an
independent directorship of the Royal Air Force. He
is a BSI Trained Lead Assessor. Joe is also responsible
for Environmental and Health and Safety matters within
the Company and holds an Environmental Management Certificate
issued by the Chartered Institute of Environmental Health.
