Our PCB assembly service benefits from modern automated
SMT placement equipment. We place BGAs, MicroBGAs and
fine pitch devices. Our lead free lines are currently
in use manufacturing RoHS compliant electronic products.
Production lines are able to cope with surface mount
components mounted on one side or surface mounted on
both sides.
To Briton EMS, contract electronic assembly means
being engaged in a true partnership with customers
and suppliers. Our procurement department has many
years of experience in buying and sourcing electronic
components from all over the world.
Our materials control systems enable efficient management
of all surface mount and through hole electronic components
as well as PCB assemblies since they are processed
through our workshops. Mechanical, electromechanical
and plastic parts also form a large part of our materials
content. In order to offer a full turnkey electronic
manufacturing service, Briton EMS takes great care
to manage those component parts in a cost effective
manner.
Our customer specific engineers are here to help you
through any design for manufacture ( DFM ) issues and
can advise on the best way to make your design compatible
with modern electronic manufacturing processes. Our
New Product Introduction ( NPI ) engineers will
use their considerable experience to ensure that your
electronic products are assembled in the most efficient
manner. Our engineers also offer advice on issues related
to WEEE and RoHS directives which are currently having
a huge effect on the electronics industry.
Our test engineers are all capable of working down
to component level and fault finding is a major strength
in our operation. Electronic test equipment includes
spectrum analysers, signal generators and emulators
as well as a whole range of standard equipment. Briton
EMS will always consider investing in equipment and
jigs that will help us achieve fully tested electronic
products for our customers.
Briton EMS has offered a complete electronic manufacturing
service since 1979. Our electronic assembly equipment
has been carefully chosen to help us best achieve our
three key principles of Quality, Flexibility and Delivery
on time. Our staff has also been carefully chosen over
the years since much of our work requires manual electronic
assembly techniques.
